Canadian-based blogger Auto Bola has taken to social media to express skepticism about the living conditions of veteran actor Olusegun Akinremi, popularly known as Chief Kanran.
The comes after a significant fundraising effort by Pastor Agbala Gabriel to support the actor..
The controversy began after Pastor Agbala Gabriel successfully raised a substantial amount of money to support actor Kanran.
The fundraising campaign aimed to provide financial assistance to Kanran, who is well-known for his contributions to the Nigerian entertainment industry.
However, Auto Bola’s comments on social media expressed doubt about Kanran’s living conditions and the need for financial assistance because fund was raised for him some few years back.
In the now-viral post, Auto Bola stated, “It is not up to three years that people contributed money for you, including different lovely outfits, after Kola Olootu invited you to his show. How come the bedroom you showed us was looking like a dungeon? You have no disability, and you said you have children. Stop the lies.”

Pastor Agbala Gabriel known for his philanthropic efforts paid a visit to the veteran actor Olusegun Akinremi who initially reveals what God told him about the popular pastor and philanthropist.
According to Kanran, he had never met Pastor Agbala Gabriel in person before, but he believes that God spoke to him, informing him that they will cross paths soon and that Gabriel will offer him assistance.
In his words, ‘I have never met Agbala Gabriel in my life but God told me we shall meet very soon and he will help me and I might help him too’
